Not really. I keep myself awake till midnight so I wake up late. But I never wish to sleep in day time. Many people do sleep after having lunch or so in afternoon but I think it is not good for health. Best thing is you should sleep 6-8 hours continuously at same time.

I find it messes my bodyclock up if I sleep in the daytime because when it comes to going to bed at night if I have slept during the day I find it very difficult, sometimes impossible to fall asleep! Providing I get enough sleep at night then I don't need any extra sleep during the day.

Yea,for sure I like~lol`if I have chance during the day time at my office~as you may know, sometime I sleep late in night and have to get up early in the morning, thus less time recovery from whole day busy and tired work`that's why I like to sleep or take a break in the daytime if possible~`lol

hello srikool,
Before, I had a night shift for work and then I sleep in the day. But, nothing compares to the sleep at night time. When I sleep during the night, I sleep for 8-10 hours, I feel refreshed, well-rested and energized enough to start my day. But, when I had work at night and sleep during the day, I couldn't make it to eight hours and I would only sleep to an average of six hours. I still feel lethargic, my head feels light and I feel sleepy all day. So, there's a big difference.
But fortunately, I have no night shift work. And I only take naps twice during the day, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Nice discussion.

Hello there!
When I do not get much sleep at night, I would definitely want to catch some sleep during the day time. But that is only true when my schedule allows me to catch at least a catnap after lunch. School is off for two weeks starting tomorrow so I need not report to work for two weeks except on the 21st and 22nd of this month as we have to report for work for a 2-day activity. But for the rest of the break, I will have time to sleep as much as I want.

I love sleeping a lot! but ever since I started working, I have to get rid of my habit of taking naps in the afternoon since I am working all day. So instead of taking naps, I am sleeping early than the others and wake up early also for work. During weekends, I am over sleeping to regain my strength for the coming week ahead.

When I was young, I could easily stay up all night and sleep most of the day. As soon as I was eligible, I requested the night shift where I worked. For a while, this was great. I went to work when my husband went to bed and came home to sleep after he went to work. This worked fine until we had a baby. I found out that babies do NOT sleep all day. I finally got off nights, how is another story, and adjusted to my husband's schedule.
