Why should we hire you?

i may look overconfident but i would probably say, "im the best asset you'll ever have..." Naks! :)

you should answer this way.. oh yeah i used to hire people and fired them i feel like i could be big plus to your company, i'm a hard worker, if there is something that i don't know or understand i want to learn it. i will give my 100% to get the job done, i don't complain and i bleive in getting the job done fastest and best way.

The question is an oppurtunity for putting forward your positives and indicate to the company guys how you can use your positives in delivering best results with improved productivity for the growth of the company in synergy. It would be the best if u can prepare a list of your skills,personal attributes and your limitations and how u deal with them.And articulates your views and present yourselves in a positive tune.

because I will be an asset to your company then I will enumerate the reasons why

because i will do the work to my best and make your company stronger and stronger. Do you think,if i answered like this,would the company hire me?
