Ciao! Pays even on low rated reviews?

Does Ciao! Pay 1 dollar for all reviews submitted? Or just for high rated ones? Because i usually only get "helpful" Will i still get paid?

You will get paid $1 for writing the standard review, the ratings are paid on top of that
