help I need to remove the base of my rear view mirror on a 93 lincoln towncar an

my rear view mirror fell off on my Lincoln Towncar I know how to glue it back but cant figure out how to remove the small metal base so I can get it glued help please

check to see if there is a small hex or alan screw holding it there. There usually is.
