Drink as many water you can.
this is one of the best way i knew to reduce the size of the stone. i read this somewhere. but i don't know where did i read this.
anyway, i cant agree with you here that you are not willing to take any treatment.
be careful in your diet. dont fill your stomach always. drink as many water you can. never drink petrol or diesel, eventhough they are just liquids.
dont do self.
my final advise:
better start your treatment

i think the best person to consult with your present situation is a doctor. i think your case is serious and you should consider taking proper medication to help melt your kidney stones. don't wait for it to get more serious than it is. when it comes to our health, we should never take anything for granted.
alternative medicine is also good for our body because they're natural and others say have no side effects. i don't know of any but perhaps you can research about it on the Internet. I have known of a company called E. Exel that produces herbal products. i don't know where you're from but i think you should try their products it they're available in your country. it's a bit expensive but i think it will really help better your condition. there's a cancer patient in our place who has been taking these herbal products and they say her cancer cells have lessened although she's still struggling right now.
as with foods, of course, avoid the unhealthy like those with too much salt, sugar and fats. opt for vegetables and fruits that would suit your condition. hope you'll get better soon. good luck!

hi friend
I'm compelled to say that you aren't talking wisely. You must receive medical treatment. If such foods could dissolve stones, you needn't to ask it here, everyone would know that food. In search of such illusive food, you'll lose money and time only and get nothing real. So start taking medicine immediately.
