Have you responded the same discussion twice.

Honestly i dont know, maybe i guess, im not sure especially if there are many responses to a discussion i cant check it if i make twice responses. But i have a this discussion started a week ago that one of the member here added comment to every responder ententionally by posting the same post over and over again i guess more than 50 times. I think it is not nice doing like that so i send him a private message to stop but instead he still do it. Im glad that mylot deleted all of those comment he make. Now i am happy..

It can happen by mistake.But I have not ever done it deliberately. I don't remember doing it even once,but might be possible.

Yup, it happen to me b4 too.. But it was not on purpose.. It's the lagging of mylot which causes me to post the same response twice.. haha ^_^ Though there might be a punishment for posting twice, but i dunno what are the punishments.. hehe ^_^ BUt i guess, mylot will be more lenient with this, because in some countries, their internet connection is not as good, thus will cause the mixed up.. So i'm sure mylot understands this, and the punishment will not be too harsh.. hehe

i have had double response on mine but it was a fluke on the site and the discussion wasnt long.. heck i have accidentally answered one twice because my browser did some funky thing and i didnt know it went through..

Nooooo.. I always check the replies if the topic sounds so familiar to me to see if I have already replied to it or not. It might look so weird if we do that. So,I'm extra careful not to reply for the same discussion twice. But after all mistakes are human. I might do this mistake in future,GOK Cheers

i dont think that i did that already. thou i experience one of my mylot friends did that to my discussion. i always open my email first before i go to mylot so i wont get messed up. i can see at my email what my friends started so i dont need to response to it when i see it on the main page of mylot. that is what i do. i've been doing this from the start so i dont have to response a same question.

I responded a second time to the same discussion by accident and I felt ashamed. The My Lot member that began that discussion was understanding and said at least I didn't change my mind. If the discussion has up to 10 responses it is easy for me to check if I have already responded to it. However when it has more responses than that it is an easy mistake to make.

Is it me? I think I have done that, I thought I have not responded to the discussion but to my dismay I found that I have replied to it. I remember that there are no incentives for multiple replies or so.

I have replyed twice a few times when I thought the response hadn't gone through but just left it, people understand as the mistake can be made by anyone...littleowl

I think it has happen a couple of times. I am not sure why, not enough coffee that is for sure

So far I hhaven't done this as soon as I read a discussion I know if I have read it before and I try to respond to all I get.

Hi there adihindu I can't say that I ever have but I can see how easily it could be done by mistake.

Well..response is given only once, and if someone adds comments to our response and if we feel like adding something to what he/she has said then we can add again, there is no such restriction as how many times u respond, but, i think u are paid only once and if someone adds comments then also u get benefit.

I just did... a while ago... well there was a glitch again here in mylot... when i refreshed the page... i saw that why i typed was all gone... so i decided to type it again... and when i checked my response... i saw that i responded twice... i seem that the first one got through... oh well it was an honest mistake... and i hope it will not happen again...

I may have responded to one or two discussions twice. I am not so sure. probably because I responded to it way back and I came across the discussion again and responded. I guess I am really interested in what we are currently discussing. If there are a couple of pages already, I have a strong tendency not to go through each page just to make sure I have not responded to it. Also, I have no means of tracking or I am not tracking my responses. Great call out!

I experience to response a discussion twice but I just leave it one time it is because the connection of my internet.

I think i may be but not absolutely to my knowledge. because due to similar discussion and comin up of discussion because of topping up we may not know that the same discussion is coming up again and again so i would have because of unknowlingly

I haven't posted in myLot twice on the same discussion. I think some myLotters just forget that they have already replied or maybe there is just an error on the website or the connection, I also am not sure, that you need to repost but found out that your first one was successfully posted. If a myLotter has a lot say, like what you have mentioned, maybe he/she posted twice because the text box is just not enough for all the ideas that he/she has.
