A Day At The Beach

Hey there ellie333 That's sounds like a great day out. I did nothing different yesterday as I do most Saturdays, clean, wash, cook you know the routine!! Next week is half term so we will be off to Cornwall. St Austell to see my dad and Truro to see my mum and Falmouth to see my friends!

It's been a long time since I've had hard boiled egg, chccate brownies. omg, girl, it's too late for me to go run out and get me something to eat. I'm so happy that you had a great time. hugs to you

That sounds like a lovely day with friends and family, ellie333. I will be going with my family this afternoon to visit some homes and art studios of local artists. We will likely stop for a picnic lunch along the way. But since I am here myLotting rather than packing a picnic, we will probably just pick up a subway sandwhich along the way and take it to eat at a local park. I love days like this with my family. We have a good time together.

Hi Ellie...that sounds lovely..I have never been to Cornwall it's a place I would love to go to, but am really glad you had such a wonderful time...today it was very different it was a lovely day and they had a firework display in the village my daughter grandson and myself went to a friends for dinner after which we went, the display was fantastic, and my grandson was awe struck with it all but really tired as he had been playing with all his friends and the whole village turned out virtually,,,it was a really lovely day for one and all and a tiring one at that too!! lots of love and huggles littleowl

You know i really love staying at the beach.You remind me of my beach days before.My family and friends we used to stay overnight and had fun.We brought food and we really enjoy eating together.We went swimming and i really love it.I miss those days.I wish i could be able to take a vacation and go to the beach.

Sounds like a fun day! It is too chilly here for a picnic and so we haven't done anything special today. We will watch football later and I have vacuumed the house so that it is done and I now have a load of laundry going. Plus, I have started dinner and plan to eat later and enjoy the evening with my girls. I am anxiously awaiting my husbands' phone call as he is out of town on business and we miss him.

Hi Ellie. I am really glad that you had a really wonderful day at the beach in Cornwall. You had a delightful picnic and it was hopefully a fairly warm day. It is lovely that Ziggy had a friend to play with the same breed as him. I am sure that you are your son got lots of fresh air. Today I have been getting ready for my new flooring that will be put down tomorrow. I had to take all the laminate up and this evening I have a concrete floor. Maxine.

I went up to Wisconsin for the weekend to see the leaves and do other things with my friend....we had a wonderful time!

Your day at the beach sounds wonderful. And the food sounds perfect for a beach day. We have not had a picnic for ages. But looking at your picture of the beach makes me want to have one. I'd pack peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with chips and cookies. I'd throw some bottle water and canned orange drink in our little cooler and go! Sounds like a great idea. We try to do a couple of fun things every weekend but I must say that it tends to be the same types of activities. We go to the bookstore and browse all the books for a couple of hours and have a coffee drink. We take a walk over to the Dunkin Donuts on a Sunday morning and have a latte. I try to go to the Farmers Market on Saturday where the produce is fantastic and very cheap. Huggles.

I went to the beach with the dog too but up here in Cumbria it was cold and the wind was blowing straight off the Irish Sea. The lakeland hills were shrouded in low clouds and as usual the rain was in the air. Still enjoyed the walk and Willow raced around throwing sand off all the dunes! I've brushed her twice but she's still got sand in her fur lol. It was far too cold for a picnic so I'm really jealous! Yours sounds just right, and I bet those brownies were delicious. Glad you had a great time and huggles to you and a big pat for Ziggy!

This really sounded like a great day. Makes me want to go have a picnic. Maybe someting different this weekend we will see. Hope you have a great weekend what ever you do! :)

Hi ellie, I am so glad you had a wonderful day out with your sister and all that food is making hungry, its nice to go away now and again and meet with friends and relatives, I know I had fun meeting with new friend the other day, your friend and mine(p1kef1sh). we were gone to south india tour we enjoyed in the tour we were saw the so many beaches i liked mostly kovalam is in kerala and anotherone is in mahabalipuram beach me and my parents arrived in the hotel nearer to kovalam beach our laggages put in the hotel and we freshed and gone to see the beach in the morning we enjoyed more in that beach nearly we were their in 6hrs after that we were return to the hotel and had a lunch in the we were gone to another destination.that was a happy day and wonderful day for me.

How could you, Ellie? I am now extremely jealous. I can just picture it in my head. Not only do you have a wonderful menu, but you are spending it with a border collie and your own puppy! I love to share quality time with people and animals. It just makes everything that much more special. I'm glad you had fun!

Oh ellie! What a great picture! Everyone looked so happy and like they were having such a great time! I wish that I lived so close to a beach like that! Ziggy is so cute! He looked like he was having so much fun in the wet sand! He is a beauty and so is your aunty's dog. Your son looks really happy too! I am so glad that you all were able to enjoy the day out together with a nice picnic lunch and all. I haven't done that in such a long time. We don't have any places to go close by and you need a car to get around and of course all my friends are like me and don't have cars so that kind of limits the traveling a bit!

That was a wonderful day at the beach. The food you brought were very delicious too. It made me hungry since it is Sunday lunch time here now. I am from the Philippines-our country is composed of 1,107 islands and many more when its low tide...so we have plenty of beaches. My husbands work,requires us to travel so much,giving us the chance to be in wonderful beaches. But for now,we are in Davao City,we will be here for one year,actually 5 months more to go as we arrived here last March. Our house is only 300 meters away from a beach resort. Also,since we have still very few friends here and no relatives,we spend week ends and breaks going around the region. The beaches are wonderful...you can check my pics...have a wonderful time with your family...

oh, my dear friend, you had a great weakend, but, unfortunately, i had a bad day today. This morning, I bought a MP5 with EMS memory of 2G. I thought that i could listen to all kinds of music as well as watch lots of movies and also practice my english listening; but more than i expected, it couldn't work well------i was not able to put all materials i needed into it. I was so frustrated that i got very boiled. here, would you please tell me what's wrong with my operation or my machine? thanks a lot!
