That's right, I'm just wandering how many musicians browse mylot. Tell something about yourself and the music you play, maybe share links to your records, videos, ideas, your formula of sucess :)
As for me, I'm a guitarist and a main vocal of a "yet unnamed" indie/punk band :D I call it unnamed, cause there's many duplicates of the same name all over the internet. I don't wish to be called someone else. And anyway, we're thinking of changing the name. So, as i was saying, I play in an indie/punk band, and our music is mainly WEIRD. We combine so many styles that sometimes I think "What the hell is this all about???". No one answers, though. I'd love to share our records with you, but maybe later, they're all lithuanian and unfinished at their current condition :D

I learned flute during primary school. It's a compulsory class we need to take. When I was in early secondary school, I started learning guitar. It's so much fun and I focus on plucking. I trained day and night, to improve my fingering. Until certain stage, my skill are saturated and do not have any major breakthrough. Due to school examinations, I was very busy, then I stop practicing. Sometimes, I play harmonica too, for fun and don't really outstanding anyway.

You are most welcome. It's some kind of flutes made of plastics. It's played by holding it vertically (some other kind are played horizontally). It's not as complicated as a picolo or brass flute as what you imagined. It might be just a little more than the pipes . During the primary music class, we played also the metal triangle and also wooden clamp. It's so fun, and I really missed those days. I know that there are some advance harmonica, which has a lever to shift the tone to higher or lower side.

Woah! You learned flute durring primary school?? I haven't seen anything like flute even in my high school :D Except maybe those that were carried by music/art school graduates. Flutes are not so cheap. Durring music lessons we played simple wooden or plastic pipes :D Hmm... I've got harmonica in my music instrument pack as well, however, I can't play it :\ Thanks for your response and have a happy day myLotting! ;)

Heya, you could say that I'm in a punk band.. But I don't really know what we play :D once we tried to classify it. What we got was retro-indie-grunge-ska-punk-alternative-rock style :D couldn't find a simple word for it. Maybe indie would do.. Nevermind it. I do write lyrics. However, most of them are in my own tongue, as they sound better, and cause I don't know many fancy English words :D anyway, if you need any help, please, feel free to ask me :)

I am very big when it comes to music. It always drew my attention and still does. To this day I am in love with it, now in high school I am in my school's choir and am in a special group to which auditioning is required. I sing the tenor range, my lowest note being a 7th below middle C and my highest note would be an F natural directly above middle C. I am also a piano player and although I cannot read sheet music very well i am told that I am very talented. I have memorized an arrangement of Pachebel's Canon in D and love it. I also know the main part of Fur Elise, the Titanic Theme, Blue Bird from the Naruto series, Sadness and Sorrow from the Naruto series and also some other songs. I can read sheet music but not very well and am currently taking theory classes to get a better understanding of it.

No I am not. I never learned an instrument. I am sure I could have if I had asked. I had singing lessons as a child and teen.My mother can play the acoustic guitar and the piano. I like many types of music. I think classical flute touches my heart.
