Is this just a big scam?

Hi, friends I came accross two ptc sites that pay 1 Dollar per click and 25 dollars for sign up. I tried to navigate through them but I don't really how they work as they have no FAQ sections. They sound too good to be true and I'm afraid to sign up in case they're just a big scam. Can anyone help? The 2 sites are: Kazarian GPT and Mysteryptc Can somebody check them out and tell me if they're O.k.?
