I did just recently. I've been having problems at work which might lead to my resignation because my boss and I are not getting along very well. I don't wanna go through hell under her supervision so I'm planning to resign anytime soon. I might consider the job offer in Qatar.
Yesterday, my 70 years old dad fell on the floor hitting his head against the wooden edge of the bed. We rushed him to the hospital at 3am and had his bleeding head treated. The doctors had to stitch the cut off to close the wound and prevent it from bleeding too much.
At 8am, my parked car was hit by my neighbors truck leaving a dent from the bumper to the side fender on the driver's side.
It was too much for me to handle that I bursted into tears while praying so hard. I lifted everything up to GOD because I can no longer handle the situation. After a good cry, I must say it helped me release all the agony I've been feeling inside.
What about you? Have you experienced having one problem after another? Have you cried so hard while praying?

Yeah, I have. Twice.. First was in the confession room with a priest. Didn't know who to approach anymore. I can say that I have been going through hell for years. I am only 19 years old. My family's been hell ever since I was able to like, remember things. Yes, at such a young age. I cried so hard in the confession room. Another time was in school church.
Those two were very memorable. Other times I cried was because of pure anger when you know you can't do anything.

It helps when you surrender everything to GOD including all the pains that you are experiencing at the moment. I'm sorry that you have to go through tough times at an early age. But believe me it will make you a stronger person. I know because I have been through so much pain at an early age too. I have experienced growing up and maturing early because of what I had gone through. You will be fine phyrethyme. Trust in the LORD. god less you!

hello,
i have experienced them many a times to happen. It is a sign of penitence, genuine sorrow & an inward acknowledgement which does not Go unnoticed by Our Divine Lord.May the peace of God be with you always :-)Blessings.Crying is good it not only cleanses the eyes But the Soul for the windows of your soul are your eyes. This is the reason why i do not have any problems while crying at the time of praying to god.... an act that may seem a bit funny to a lot of people.
anyways have a very great day here at my lot.

I am so sorry to know about your ordeals. May you get out of it soon. Yes, I have struggled a lot and nobody(my close friends, relatives, even my parents)could not make out that I was going through hell. I used to cry hard only when I was alone and would pray to God, would close the doors and cry. After the burst was over, my mind would get as light as a feather.

That's what I do too. I closed my room to pray solemnly and pour everything out to GOD. After the prayer, I feel so much better. That had worked for me all the time.
Thank you for your concern. I know with GOD's grace, my problems will be over soon. God bless you!

I've never broken down completely, but I have got extremely emotional while I've been praying.
I think it's because it's the only time I really think deeply about things.
It's good to get emotional though, like you said, it allows you to get rid of any pain or anger.
I hope your Dad is ok, he will be in my prayers tonight.

My dad is getting better. I'm thankful that nothing serious has happened. The doctors advised me that any inconsistencies regarding my father's usual behavior should be reported immediately as it might cause severe brain damage. Luckily, everything is normal. Prayers really did help me get through this one smoothly. I've been experiencing a lot really but I'm okay with it. I'm just hoping that none of my family would suffer, that I cannot handle. Thank you so much for the prayer. May GOD bless you for your kindness.

hello potrish78. You are not alone ! I have been in the lowest point of my life.... hitting rock bottom ! And I have cried a thousand times while praying. I just couldn't contain my emotions anymore and it makes me feel good to pour out all my heart's contents to God. I have been to a lot of pain, hurt, and disappointments ... from a cheating husband leading to separation; family problem; financial problem, career problem .. I just can't understand why it came after another and I prayed hard to God to let it stop. Until now, I still cry when praying and I hope God will hear my prayers soon.

True enough this discussion is somewhat a reminder that I am not alone going through a lot lately. I just realize that everyone is experiencing pain and suffering just like me. Have faith homewealth. Everything has a purpose! In HIS time! In GOD's perfect time you'll know the answer. Believe that everything will be OK, and it will. God bless you!

Yes, there have been times that made me pray and I'm boohooing. It happens. I recently lost my job and from the look of things, I may have to fight the claim and it has me quite nervous, but I am still here and if it takes praying to the Lord and bohooing all over myself, then that's what it take.

I was almost going to fight for my right in my dilemma at work also but I thought of leaving it to the hands of GOD. I would be spared of the emotional torture I would have to undergo and the humiliation of having to go through it. I would rather let GOD do it for me. I know I'm gonna be fine and so are you. You'll get through this in no time. Just trust in the LORD. God bless you!

When I am really praying during times of distress, I will cry as I am praying. When I am praying to thank God for all the wonderful things he has done in my life, I am more composed. I had my crying prayer about three months ago when I lost my job, and my husband was not working at time. God did not let me down. I was able to get by for the last three months.
I cry most times in church when we are praying, not because I am unhappy, but because I know God is real, and he will take care of all of my needs.
I pray that things get better for you. Working at a stressful job is not healthy.
Before I was laid off from my job, I was looking for another job, I couldn't just resign because I needed the money, but my wicked boss got rid of me before I could get rid of her.
Again, I wish you luck.

God is really good to me. Through this discussion HE had made me realize that I wasn't the only one going through tough times. I will be giving my resignation letter tomorrow, So I'll be jobless for a time. And just like you, I do have a wicked boss too. My next step now is to totally forgive her and pray that she wouldn't harm my office mates like what she did to me. May GOD bless you sudalunts.

I know things will be just fine. I lifted up everything to GOD already and it is now in HIS hands. My problems will soon disappear and I'm sure of that. I'm gonna be fine. Thanks for your concern though. God bless you!

It's nice to know that guys admit that they too are capable of crying. It won't take you less a man if you do. I must say that I am proud of you for having been admitting the fact that you cried at times. But I'm more than glad to know that you cried to GOD while praying. I, too, feel a lot better after crying so hard during a prayer. Thanks dong1970. God Bless You!

I was experienced that also. Having too much problem that cause us to cry outloud when we are talking to God is normal. If we are in this situation there is nothing to help but God only who has the helping hand to carry us. We pray hard asking for help without knowing that we are in teardrops. This is the moment in our life we feel the presence of God. He really embraced us showing of His tender love to mankind especially to those who are in need. The feeling is great afterward. Really.

It's great to know that you seek GOD's love too especially in times of trouble. Believing that only GOD can help us to overcome the trials we are experiencing, is actually what GOD wants us to do. Keep on believing mods196621. God Bless You!

It won't make you less of a man if you cry especially if you cry so hard while praying. No one will know except GOD. And no one will judge your virility. But it would make you feel a lot more relieved after a good cry while praying. You should try it sometime and you'll know what I'm trying to say. God bless you!

I'm glad to know that you trust GOD all the time and that only HE can help you overcome all the trials in life. The best prayers I have had was the time that I am at the lowest point of my life. That is the time that I know I felt a lot closer to GOD and I know that HE will never leave me. Thanks for sharing zipk11. God bless you!

I think it is very normal to lift everything to God especially if we have the problem and would risk the life of our Loved ones and crying is the ebst relief unto it and hope everything would be fine sooner to your family and my prayers would be with you......

yes it happens to me every time I am confessing my sins to our God. Every time I am so troubled, down and weary, I always cried to the Lord..Every time I lost a love ones, I cried to Him. Every little things that worried me, I cried to the Lord..
And in all those moments of my life, I have God besides me, like a father to HIs Child, He hears all my prayers and cries...And surely, as what He promised us He is, He will never leave us nor forsake us...And this is an assurance we have, if we trust him...
