what would you do about a partner who drinks all day everyday?

What would you do if you had a partner who was continually drinking?. He/she goes to work and then comes home to drink alcohol till they fall asleep and then repeat the pattern all over again?.
It is ruining your relationship.
It is affecting your kids.
it is affecting your social life.
It is affecting your finances.
it is affecting your family.
It is hurting the alcoholics health and personality and every other aspect of them and their life plus yours too....
what would you do?
