I think that Obama should be our new president because he wants to help the economy but on the other hand McCain is trying to keep it the way Bush had it and I think that it is not right because we need things to change in our economy today so I advise for anyone who voted for Obama that's great and I hope he becomes our president so he can help the people of this economy.

I agree. The Bush/Chaney Republicans got us into an illegal, unethical war. Then instead of paying for it through taxes, they gave the wealthy a huge tax cut. Then to try and make all the rest of us feel like we should love them they tried to buy us off with the $600 stimulus package and a small tax cut. Well guess what, they then just borrowed money to pay for this 10 Billion a month we spend on this war. You can not spend spend spend on borrowed money. It doesn't work in my house and it doesn't work with a nation either.

Why cant we try out a democrat for the next 4 years, weve seen what a rebulican does.Fact is McCain voted with bush 90% of the time, over 8 years nobody is right 90% of the time. That why people call him McBush. i dont fully understand the change theme, i just believe we should try out a democrat, plus another 4 years with an republican is depressing, especially with a war driven McCain.

Oba-a-a-a-ahma!
Mooooooooo-Cain!
Eeeesh
I will not be voting for either of these men. Although I was leaning towards McCain for a bit, I am voting constitution party this election. I feel neither the Democratic or Republican party represent this country's princpals anymore nor the interests of the states or American people. Change? Don't make me laugh. The only thing that is going to change is the name plate on the presidents desk. People keep screaming for change, then turn around and vote for the same 2 parties. Tell me, how is THAT change?

I agree that Obama should be our next President and I think he WILL be if the mudslingers don't manage to make some of their lies stick. I know McCain is very angry about being compared to Bush and while he was right the other night, he's not George Bush, but he said with his own mouth in a boasting manner at the time that he'd supported Bush 90% of the time. So I guess he's 90% Bush and 10% whatever he decides to be on any given day. I get an argument on this every time I say it but I'll continue to say, the Bush/McCain trickle down economic theory does NOT work, it's been instrumental in destroying the middle class in this country and whether the McCain supporters that boo at the thought of someone who has a lower income getting a tax credit, which they call "welfare", it's these very working people that keep our economy afloat. There's only so many rich people in the U.S. and if they're the only ones they have any money to spend pretty soon the economy will come to a screeching halt!
