I am wondering how many people eat a 100% organic and natural foods diet. We have recently switched over to many organic products, including fruits, veggies, milk, butter and some meats in our house and are also looking at switching to raw milk. Does anyone have any thoughts on drinking raw milk as opposed to regular pasteurized milk?

I know that all eat organic before until the commercialization of argricultural products due to ever larger demand and profit. Recently, people became aware of the dangers of eating mass produced food products and thanks to media the news is spreading like wildfire. I think slowly, a growing number of people will eat only organic food. The challenge lies on the issues in population and other resources(usually intertwined to a bigger headache). I think that governments and the private sector should help hands in designing a salvage operation on the global food problem and its relation to other issues. It is a dream that all will go back to the organic agricultural approach.

That is so true! There needs to be a better approach and more choices for organic foods to bring the prices down. For now, I try to buy "in season" fruits and vegetables that are organic and on sale and base my meals around that. I guess for now I'm stuck paying double the price for organic milk and butter. I'm looking into raw milk from a local farm as well.
