There is no such thing that you can increase your RAM by changing registry. But if you want to speed your pc, you can stop some waste programs that are running in back group. For this go to services in administrative tools and stop all that you don't requred. Remove all startup programs except antivirus in msconfig at run commmand
You can increse your internet speed to certain limit by changing the registry values, But when it comes to RAM, I don't know that one can do that.

If u can increase ur internet speed using registry havent u thaught of incresing ur ram's speed im not talking about the mb of the Ram i think ur mistaking the Ram's memory which is the size of the Ram with Ram speed im saying that u can make ur comp work faster without upgrading ur Ram that is without increasing the size of the Ram thats what im trying to say vista has an option where u can convert ur pendrive or any available memory into Ram memmory where in ur 1gb or 2bg pendrives will be used for the processing of ur computer as in it becomes a part of your Ram ,options are available in all os and u can speed ur comp process in XP without upgrading ur Ram's memory(mb)

When it comes to internet, Microsoft XP reserve 20% of your speed for its own usage to contact with site. You can change these settings and pinging times in registry. When it comes to RAM, you can use your ram as harddisk by making use of software. You can increase your pagefile in performance, which can increase the performance. But I haven't came accross any software or any registry editing that can increase RAM performance or any thing else. The only thing I know is remove startup programs, and stop all the services which eats computers performance.
