paypal question....help plzz

Hi everybody i have a paypal account...recently i saw to transfer money to the bank account both bank account nd paypal account name should be same...now problem is my paypal account name is just like my email name...not proper...i send them mail and document to change my name 2 weeks ago...but still no reply.....so i decided to delete my current account and want to create a new account with my proper name....but as there TOS says that u cant have multiple account....does they freeze my new account...i'm not having multiple account just deleting one and creating one...does it matter....pls suggest... thank u...

better to contact customer care first then try to create a new account.....first go ahead with customer care center...through phone or online

ya i have done it...no reply...as i'm internation member..phone is a very costly for me..but i contact with online...

if ur paypal account is not in ur full name including ur fathers name in the last name option, u can definitely start a new paypal account with ur full correct name using a new email id and transfer the money to this account... Paypal will not be able to find out this since the name in ur old account and the new account are different. the only thing is to create the account with a new email id

You don't need to worry about that. You can add your funds from paypal to your bank to any account and you can change it by adding your preferrences. I think it won't effect and you can enter your bank account name when you add it. So there is no need to bother about it. Try to contact paypal support, they will respond to you as fast as I can.
