what is this world turning into?

The other day i was reading a news paper and i came across a report of a 90yr old woman who was raped by teenagers.this made me punder "wat is the world turnin into". countless strange and inhuman events have become frequent in our times. there is the issue of gays in the church,those that slaughter people and fight endless wars in the name of God,and those that do cruel things with the belief that their sins will be forgiven . please i need answers.

I believe the world is the same as it has always been. Because of modern technology we are able to learn more about what's going on, both the good and bad, in the different parts of the world.

There's a lot of bad things happening and unfortunately that's what makes the headlines and is relentlessly thrust upon us by the news media.

There's a lot of good things happening too, if we make the effort to look for them and/or contribute to them. That's what we, as individuals, can do to help to make the world a better place.

People see all the crazy stuff going on out there but forget to take into account their own good deeds, kind words and forgiveness.
