when enough is enough?

i've interviewed people who leave their jobs and the reasons can be summed up to:
1. feeling of being unappreciated
2. transfer to a company with a higher responsibility = pay
3. bad relationship with supervisor
4. health reasons
5. less opportunity for professional growth
6. venture to another field
how about you? what would make you leave your job?

I have to agree with that list that you have compiled. I know a lot of people who fall somewhere into one of those categories or another. You would think with those be the most common reasons for people quitting or wanting to quit their jobs that it is something many employers would be working on. Just makes sense at least to me.
