when was the last time you were hospitalized?

The last time I was hospitalized was 2 yrs ago when I had my open heart surgery...I was supposed to be in there for over a month and it only lasted a few weeks. I'm always in the hospital quite a bit for surgeries and check-ups etc...I'm always sick cuz I have a weak immune systems and on bunch of medications. It sucks but I deal with it. It's part of life!

The last time I was in the hospital over night was the birth of my daughter almost 2 years ago. I did have out patient surgery shortly after she was born though.

Like you the last time I was in the hospital was for the birth of my daughter. That was 5 years ago. I will be going in again Dec 10th. Again it will be for the birth of my son. For illness was over a decade ago. I found out the hard way I was allergic to the flu shot.

i can remember my last visit to the hospital when i also gave birth to my youngest daughter last september 27, 2008. after that day and until now i never been hospitalize because i dont want in the hospital, i will be paying money and lots of money will be spend if me or any of my loveones will be there. i have to manage my self not to get sick and if ever i am not feeeling well i will buy a prescribe medicine.

The last time that I was hospitalized was about half a year ago when I had mononucleosis. I had liverproblems and jaundice, my doctor took some blood samples, but he wasn't sure what was wrong with me and as I didn't get better he wanted me to get hospitalized. I didn't stay in hospital very long, I was allowed to go home and stay in my own bed instead. I have never been so tired in my life, but I was happy to go home. In my country we don't pay directly for medical help (taxes are very high and we pay for medical help etc through taxes) but I still prefer to rest in my own bed. It is more comfortable and much more quiet.

I was only 6 years old when I had my first hospitalization. It was very scary and I could still remember that I was crying because the medication that was administered on me through the intravenouse line was very irritating, and my mom even scolded me for being such a cry-baby.. huhu
