Do You Like People Watching?

Me too. I enjoy watching people, and like to observe them and the way they talk, move, or what they do. And I like to learn or understand from other people's emotions. How they react to certain events or happenings. Sometimes, I just sit on a corner of the classroom and watch my classmates. Well, i believe I have this "ability" to understand other people's emotions. And i really try my best to understand them so that I will not be able to judge them wrongly.

I don't have that much leisure time anymore, but often when traveling I will just sit in a public place and people watch. It's amazing how many things that you are able to see that's different about other people. Sometimes you can almost feel the joy, happiness or sadness by just observing people.

I enjoy this a LOT sheena and used to spend hours in the mall just sitting there and watching people all around me. I find it very entertaining as well and it is amazing what you can learn about people in general from doing this. I would also try to imagine what their lives were like, what they did for a living and things like that as well.

Not really, mostly because I don't want people to think I'm being nosy. What you described doesn't sound nosy, but let me use my mom as an example. We'll be in a restaurant, and a table next to us might have a couple sitting there. They are talking and sharing a laugh. Then I look at my mom and she's staring at the couple and laughing too. If the couple happened to look over, they are going to see my mom staring at them, and sharing the joke that was between the two of them. That is a pretty harmless example, but my mom sometimes just looks at people and listens to their conversation. It could be about something totally benign, but she'll listen in anyway. And really it is because she finds what they are talking about interesting. When someone is talking about burping babies, she doesn't bother listening. But when it is say about the stock market... Sure, a person can't help overhearing things, but I don't want them to catch her staring! lol

I love people watching it is amazing sometimes what you see too! You also can tell sometimes tell things about the people, sometimes how they are feeling, if they are deep in thought. Sometimes by the way thet are dressed you can kinda figure out what they do for a living. I just think it is really interesting to watch people, I watch them wherever I get a chance.

Sometime I like people watching. I am watching now some city workers working, I heard some noise and looked outside and saw this man standing in the road and a very large bull dozier or back hoe. I don't know what this thing is. Any way there is a water leak across the street. And someone notified the city, they sent the workers out. It really wasn't a leak it was pouring out. The gentleman said they have to come out on an emergency.

I will do this, if I have finished eating, or I just am daydreaming or so.. But, not just off hand that is..

i am definitely a people watcher. i drive my sons nuts when we go out to eat. first of all i eat sloe but i'm watching people to. they'll say eat mom & quit looking at everybody. they say my grandson is just like me. what a sweet child he is. lol

Sounds wierd but sometimes when I'm in a rollercoaster park i can sit on bench for maybe half an hour just watching poeple do crazy stuff. Example right next to the bench there was tons of red roses on each side and every one had to come by sniffing to them ^^ next year i should get a watergun with me plant into the roses heeeeheeeee :)

Absolutely.. Any where i go i love to watch people..it fascinates me cause we get to know many facts of day today life..It may be both good and bad..i do agree its best to observe in coffee shop where u see many people how they respond when people talk with each other, their reactions..etc..etc..
