Losing faith

I have been a Catholic my whole life, lately I have stopped going to church. I'm not really sure why, I think I just feel disconnected. I still believe in God and Jesus and Heaven/hell, but I just don't know how I feel about religion practices. My question is, has anyone felt disconnected and then went back to that religion? did you choose a different one to follow? or are you Atheist now?

Many years ago I felt Disconnected and distant from the church, and only started going back to church when I first met my Wife, who was also Catholic.
After a while my faith returned to me, and now am feel very connected with the Church.
If you ask in Prayer for help and assistance, then Mary and Jesus will come down and hold your hand and lead you back to salvation.

I was in your shoes some years ago. I have been raised in a Catholic family, but I grew up cold towards religion for some time. No I never experimented with other Religions. I went back to the Catholic church. I feel that I belong there. © ronaldinu 2008

I feel kinda the way you do, I don't go to any churches right now because I don't feel God there I feel him in nature mostly and I feel him in my heart but when I think about going to church I just don't have the urge like I used to. I have been hearing all this talk about the end of the world and it's scary and I'm not sure what to do about it. If you find an answer to your question share it with me.
