I just came across this video about the Phillip Berg lawsuit asking Barrack Obama to prove his citizenship.
This must be from a guest appearance on a radio show. I don't listen to the show and I don't condone them calling Barrack Obama by "Barrack Husein Mohamed Obama". I think that is uncalled for.
But if you would just listen to it with an open mind. What are your thoughts on this? Are you convinced he is a legal American citizen?

His past really brings up a lot of questions. His refusal to provide evidence of his most basic qualifications is very suspicious. We could indeed be in a constitutional crisis if any of the versions are true. We most definitely would be the laughingstock of the world.
Let's see. If it is true he is born in Kenya, his basic eligibility to run for president is gone. If elected, how to dethrone him?
If he is born in Hawaii but took on Indonesian citizenship (no dual citizenship at the time), then he is still a natural born citizen originally. With elaborative arguments one could arrive at the conclusion that this is enough given that he somehow acquired American citizenship again later on. Unless of course he didn't and would have to be considered an illegal immigrant. Weren't there amnesties for that at one point? Again with a lot of arguments he could be made a citizen again.
If either version is true, it would be a huge scandal and by far more embarrassing than Watergate or Lewinsky affair combined, lol.
Still, Obama stonewalling like that after McCain provided his documentation (there were questions there, too, as he was born in Panama I believe; dad in the navy).... anyhow, it is highly suspicious that there is something not on the up-and-up. Of course he could also think that he is above reproach and should just be adored by everybody,...lol.

Thank you for your very reasoned reply. Yes, I have questions as to why he just doesn't provide the documents and put this whole thing to rest. I fear for this country if he wins the election and then is disqualified because he isn't a true citizen. We could have riots and a lot of people could get hurt.

Unfortunately, I'm predicting some sort of violence after the election one way or the other. It's just the frame of mind some supporters are in on both sides. Tensions have greatly increased in the last few months. The potential for riots is already there. I have heard of cars being keyed, garbage thrown in yards, signs being stolen and/or burned, poop thrown on porches. Mostly this happened to McCain supporters, although some Obama supporters have had their property vandalized as well. That's just what I gather from the number of incidents I have heard about. I can imagine that some people will want to start a riot, if Obama loses. Similarly some will want to take their frustration and fears out on somebody if McCain loses. Especially there, if they can't take out Obama directly, they might just be happy to substitute for the next best thing. This elections seems to turn out the worst in some people. I really hope my prediction won't come true even the slightest bit.

His "official" birth certificate has been found to be a fraud. That is not even a real one at all, it is a fake.

No, I am not convinced... In fact, the more I learn about 0bama and his past, the more convinced I am that he is at best a naturalized citizen.
There is now way that he is possibly even eligible to be president or even run.
The only way that 0bam can end any questions once and for all is to produced an actual legal birth certificate or a certified copy of one....preferably his own.
I had to provide one for my last job, so there is no reason for him to refuse to provide one to prove his eligibility... unless of course he isn't eligible and is trying to hide the fact.
It would be some well deserved justice if the "D" behind his name turned into Deportee.
