hey people suffering with obesity should prefer low calorie food. as this food
contains less fat content in them.going for high calorie food is always a risk
,it makes one obese and creates health hazards.its always suggested to drink lots
and lots of water.drinking water helps in digestion,and it fills the stomach.
one should really very careful regarding consumption of the food.bye!!!!!!!

I have tried a lot of different diets and none of them work for me. I am now taking apple cider vinegar after every meal. This is working for me. I can eat what I want and still lose weight. It does affect the amount of food that you eat as you are not as hungry as you used to be. It is helping me.

i don't think it's a good way to lose weight. If you eat too few amount of calories, it not only slows down your metabolism. You'll also be hungry all the time. It's also not very healthy for you. The best way I've found to lose weight was on the "fiber 35 diet". with that diet, you increase your fiber intake. this will help keep you full longer. it is also very healthy. Another way to help with weight loss is to do lots of cardivascular excercise (such as walking, swimming, dancing, etc).
