Hi my great friends! it's been almost a year now (if not up to) that I posted or responded to discussion on Mylot because I was working out ways to get back to school. Hope you are all doing good? I thought one must be a US citizen after winning dv lottery. What I need to know here is; is it a must to naturalize and become a USA citizen after winning DV Lottery or one can still be a citizen of one's country. Thanks for your response in advance
