What way do you lean to get off the floor?

With my right shoulder hurt and being told not to use it I've notice that when i get up off the floor or off the bed or from sitting i tend to use my right arm to push myself up. Teaching myself to lean to the left to get up is hard. Every once in a while i find myself using my right arm...not paying attention to my actions and taking my arm out of the sling and using it. What way to you lean...what arm to you use?

I tend to use my hands on the floor, together, to boost off the floor. I stand straight forward off the bed. I can see how you have a hard time remembering to not use your right hand if it is dominant.

It is pretty dominant....taking a while to heal from whatever i did to it too.

you just have to be more aware of your actions. i broke my right arm a few years ago and i had no choice but to use my left arm.

I usually use my left arm but I'm not left handed. There are something's I do more with my left side though than the right. I don't know why.
