hello every one on the mylot.in real life each one of us have every kinds of habits.some habits are benefits to people.for example some people often have some exercises in the morning every day.some people often like reading every day.however some habits are disadvantages to people.for example some people like often bet.some people like often drinking or smoking.some good habits will are benefits for people for ever.we need throw away those bad habits gradually in real life.and we should have a good habit slowy.do you have any habits in your life.would you like talk about them?thank you.happy mylot.
