How many of you here watch ICA? I love to watch it depending upon the secret ingredient they have. Today they have cheddar cheese as their secret ingredient and the dishes look really delicious.

i like watching bobby flay...actually i watch his other shows too like bobby flay throwdown and his other cooking show on food network... y?....i just find the food he cooks looks good!

i love this show very much and the presentation the chefs does, they are not just a good cook but could be considered artistic too!

this is my show i watch iron chef america all the time especially when they have it on all day long i love this show i have learned so much on iron chef america.
