Noise of constructing drive me mad

Recently i was mad because of noise,i can't bear it......it already interrup my normal life and work.A building is constructing near my house,they start working at 6:00am and stop at 9:00pm,my work time is 9:00 am,so i always wake up by these noise at 6:00 am,and when i out of work and stay home at 7:00 pm i still hear it,it keeps one month.The owner of building don't care other peoples,they alrealy interrup our life.This problem is very common in our city,and most of them don't be solve.
Do you have this experience?

I have the experience of loud, everynow and then, fighting and drinking neighbors.

I will sugest to do this, make your own noise at home that blocks the noise that you do not like, the early noises, well that is a tough one.
I remember reading in a magazine, you might not be able to choose the noise outside you home, but you can manipulate the one inside, when people who live close to me have their loud music, I put mine on.
*I read another way is to put windchimes*

It sounds that 'poision attack poision',maybe you are right,you don't like the music loud from your neighbors and it interrup you,then you can turn on your CD and make its volume up,maybe the 'noise' come from your neighbor was covered by your music.I will do this as you said,trun on radio or CD when i heard the noise in the morning.

I have never lived in a busy city but I am sure with such construction going on it would drive a person crazy. Can you imagine if you worked late nights and tried to sleep during the day with all that construction going on? Now, that would really make you mad! What are they building? If is a new store or coffee shop, you will be able to take advantage of it later! Look at the bright side, you will soon be able to appreciate the quietness when it is all over!

It is personal,a person own the whole of building,we call it 'farmer house' here,it is not stre or coffee shop,just a rent,it has lots of floors,the owner rent them to some peoples,the most of owners are indigene.
