dell vs hp

which one is good dell or hp.... pls reply by considering cost, quality, performance, customer service....

Well lets see, the only time I ever had a HP it froze up on me every 20 minutes and didn't always let me save. I have heard similar stories. I vowed never to buy another HP again.
However I have been using Dell for years. They're fast and last a long time.

Hey,
I have heard that HP isn't that bad, but DELL offers some really good laptops and with a 3 year warranty, I don't think that most laptop makers can compete. Happy Lotting!

Dell all the way,
Hp does not put a lot of there drivers on the web, Dell does.
Dell gives you the disks hp doesn’t
Dell’s image pc restore takes 6 min’s to reload Hp took me 7 hours.
Dell picks up the phone right away Hp doesn’t
You couldn’t give me an hp computer even if you paid me.
