it really depends if it fits the person. if it's a woman, then a dyed hair will not be bad... it might probably enhance her beauty.
but if we're talking about men (and mature men/older men), then i guess it would be better (maybe sexier?) to have grey hair.. look at richard gere.. lol..

i go for the gray hair. it is more elegant because gray hair for me shows the stage of maturity (since most people with gray hair are older :). when one matures of age, it shows that s/he has gained lots of experiences in the past and had learned from those.
