How long do you spend doing exercise daily? What kind of exercise do you engage?

I'd love to share with you my daily exercise experience and diet menu and i used them to lose 3 kg/month, that's not much maybe, but my weight is now 47kg(it used to be 50kg a month ago). i spent 1-2 hrs daily doing yoga and stretches and i found it effective to stretch out my muscles and it makes me look slimmer than before. what kind of exercise do you engage now? do you find it effective? How?

Oh I want to do yoga too but the classes are so expensive in my area!!! Boo!!! I'm really thinking of joining a yoga class though. ANyway, I do 1.5-2 hours of cardiovascular exercise 5-6 times a week. I do strength training at least 30 minutes once a week although sometimes I do it twice a week. I know I need to do more strength training but I really don't enjoy it...

Wow! can see that you are really athletic! the time and effort you spent on sports and exercise impressed me! it's always good to see someone who loves sports so much and sports make us happy and energetic all the time! Yoga classes are expensive but we can always have alternatives: tell you something that i do: buy some yoga DVDs and you can do it at home. when i don't feel like going out i'll do yoga at home, follow the DVDs. and when we get familiar with the postures, we can develop our own yoga posts, that's fun! exercise can be creative and interesting too! happy exercise:)
