It depends on what you consider cheating you. I would need more of an elaboration, but I would say that I would confront them about it first. Better to be honest with them and let them know that you aren't happy than to let it go or just quit talking to them all together. Two wrongs don't make a right. But circimstances depending, I probably wouldn't consider them a friend any longer if it was something major. If you are tlaking about them cheating you our of a dollar, that is trivial and life would go on. If it is something serious, I would find better friends.

Since I have never been cheated by a friend, this is somewhat subjective. First I think I would not consider this person a friend any longer. I would voice my displeasure at their actions and at the very least, let them know I would never put my trust in them again. It is seldom that an opportunity would arrise where anyone had a chance to cheat me, and I do not have expectations of most of my friends. If they have a need, and I have what they need, it is likely for me to give it to them rather than any kind of a loan (which is one way I could see one could feel cheated.) I think the circumstances would need to be further defined before I could say more on this issue.

Express your feelings to them and then move on. Trust has now been forfeited and has to be earned to gain your respect again. Sometimes people do things without thinking, so you should try to find out what was behind it. Maybe they didn't mean any harm. I still give help to people that ask, sometimes even if they don't deserve it. That's just my nature. But I always try to protect myself from them and try to avoid associating with them whenever possible.
