how do you like your eggs?

Hi Mylotters! Well, thats a nice topic for all the egg lovers!! Oohhh there are a ton of things that can be done when it comes to egg. Letme just list out first what all i do with eggs : - Boiled egg - Egg Fried Rice - Scrambled Eggs - Poached Eggs - Egg pan cake - Boiled Egg Sandwich - Egg bhurji - Egg Curry - Onion tomato yummy omelette - Sliced egg veggie sandwich - Half Fried Egg - Double Fried Egg - Fried egg kofta - Fried Egg pakoda . . . . Oh My My the list is ust never ending. & while i listed the above, you guys wont believe it was so much mouth-watering. Well,, though i just LOVEEE anything & everything with egg, I would give my highest votes to "POACHED EGGS". Have you guys heard about it. Well, its made by frying onions, lots of tomatoes, some carrots & peas (can add some cauliflower, if you like), till oil separates. Then just break enough eggs to cover the fry completely. Do not stir / shake.Just cover it with a lid & let it stand for 5-6 mins. & VOILA !!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMM Poached egg is ready. You can have it with reasted bread / Parathas.

I love eggs, I mean I just LOVE eggs... I like them scrambled, I like them fried, I like them hard boiled, and those are just the way I know to make them... I'm pretty much open to however they are made... I like eating them in sandwhiches... with or without sausage, but I really like them fried, scrambled and harboiled, I would sometime like to try baking them in rice, someone once told me that that is really good...

Yes! There are many ways people they like to have their Eggs! People have plainboiled eggs which are hard bolied along with a pinch of salt and pepper sprikled on them , some even don't want these spices also! Omlette is the form in which most of them would like to have their eggs ! Scrambled eggs and Poach are liked by some people. Here in India people just break open the egg and directly they pour the contents into their mouth as if they are eating some fruit! This is not commonly seen at homes, but is being practiced by the sports persons and body builders! They some times add the raw eggs to milk to drink it! Frying the eggs with onions and spices is another form of egg which is used by many people! But for me frankly speaking, I like my eggs hard bioled and cooked nicely in the onions and spices after making some slits in the boiled eggs. This makes the egg very tasty and satisfies your appetite apart from providing good nutrition! Thanks ! It was a tasty discussion to have answered! LOL !

I love them over medium...so the yolk is still runny, but the white around it has to be cooked, not slimey. I love to dunk my toast in the yolk~ yum! I also love eggs scarmbled if they have cheese in them. I like egg salad on sandwiches too...hard boiled eggs cut up and mixed with mayo, salt and pepper.

Hi there Kaye! I like my eggs cooked "sunny side up" and with the yolk not cooked too much. I like it liquidy.

I prefer bolied eggs.Easy to prepare and healthy to eat.

I like my eggs sunny side up and also scrambled too. Both are good and quite great to eat. But I think I prefer sunny side up. Sometimes, I do that as well, pouring the yolk in my fried rice, hehe, very yummy.

I like eating eggs, specially with fried rice and some frozen goods also fried. I like my eggs sunny side up and not scrambled. I like it medium rare. I don't like scrambled eggs, that is my hated most way of cooking eggs, just the smell of scrambled eggs make me puke (yuck!) and if you really want me to hate you, just put some banana catchup on it and I will surely be vomiting instead of eating. To me that is the deadliest combination, scrambled eggs and banana catchup. I want my sunny side up with lots of salt in it. One more! I also like salted eggs! and broiled eggs too!

I like my eggs scrambled and I like them boiled. I don't like fried runny eggs.

i like it scrambled too.then cook it with butter instead of cooking oil.that taste better for me.And i like it slightly cook...

I love it scrambled with lots of tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Or sometimes i put ham on it for omelette. But my mom love it sunny side up. dont like it especially if the yolk is medium cooked. i love it when its really cooked and the yolk is whole and cooked very well. I love eggs especially with toasted bread in the morning.

Well i like my eggs in nearly all the ways of cooking them. I like scrambled egg, fried egg, poached egg, boiled egg, hard-boiled egg, and even egg fried rice. Personally i do not mind wether the yolk is hard or runny, but on of the things i hate is a solid yolk in fried, boiled or poached eggs, grr :)

I like boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and from time to time fried eggs. Cooked eggs in fried rice is delicious! I really like having a mug or coffee cup with eggs cooked in the microwave and add any toppings from meat to veggies also can use a microwavable bowl...great midnight snack!
