Yep! Price of gas this morning was down to $2.47 here where I live; That's the
lowest it's been in AGES!! Earlier this month on the 3rd when I got my disability
check I paid $3.05 a gallon and was THRILLED!!! IT'S ABOUT TIME!
whats the gas now where you live?? In your State? Country??
I wish I had some $$money$$ to fill mine back up, my tank right now is on
about 1/2 full but $2.47 WOW WOW WOW!!!!
like I said ITS ABOUT FRIGGIN TIME!!!

That is great to hear! I wish that it would go back to $0.97 a gallon.. We all loved it when it was this low.. In South Carolina it is, $3.89 for the cheapest..Some have gone up to $4.70.. It is crazy, I tell ya! I can't wait to see what President is going to bring this down..

I know, isn't it terrific that gas is coming down. I just hope the price stays down. My mom and I just got back from Virginia, we went to see my sister. We were really happy with the price comingdown. I saw it down to about $2.29 in some places. I had also seen it up close to $3. If the price of gas continues to stay down, that will help our economy alot. Now the price of diesel needs to come down, that will help our economy even more. Prices at the stores have really took a big jump in cost. It shocks you when you get groceries to see how much prices have gone up.

That must mean it's lower here - it was $2.45 the other day, so it's probably lower now. I have strong suspicions that it's related to the political events to take place next month in the hopes that people will associate lower gas prices with the current party in charge allowing that party to be there another 4 years. I say the timing is just too good. But, nevertheless, I'm thrilled to be paying less. Just another dollar to go. That'll be more like it, don't you think??

I don't live in the big city - I live (right now) in what used to be farm country. But, even up close to Philly, the gas is cheaper on our side of the river. Where Mom lives is about 15 miles south of Philly. Where my apartment is located is about 2 miles from Philly. But, gas there is still cheaper. Philly is around 20 cents higher or more. I'm just glad it's less - that means when I put $20 worth in, I get more for that money.

HI Shelly; Yikes! What state do you live in?? I live in a small town here
in MIssouri but we were one stinkin penny from being $4.00 at our highest this
summer then it trickled down some, then after all the markets and other big
businesses went to hell in a hand basket that's when it started slowly going
down here for us.
Food costs however here are just NUTS!! I mean even the cat and dog food I buy
has gone up so much ( the dry food) more so than say the wet food I buy them;
its all seriously sky high;
Its been hard for me to shop the last several months and now it costs me even
more for milk, eggs, bread stinkin Velveeta cheese here is up to $4.84 now WTF??
its crazy its just crazy !

I live in a small city in California, the gas was a one point at almost five bucks per gallon. I am glad that the bus did not go up. It has gone up before tho. Groceries can be expensive, what was maybe almost 30 dollars of groceries it is now almost 40. Everything is expensive. Even beans went up
I am afraid that stores will not lower their prices even if gas went down.
I hope they do, it is the right thing to do in my opinion.

That's pretty darn good!
I don't drive, but, still manage to pay attention to gas prices. For some reason lately I haven't been paying attention. I find it very interesting that the price of gas is going down. It sure is good news though!

Hi KellyJeanne: yes thankfully it is going down and its about time!!!
you say you don't drive well anymore it just scares me depending on where I'm
at, its all the other people you have to contend with, and I for one don't
need anymore injuries I have enough neck and back injuries, but I don't
enjoy it that's for sure like I used too;
Thanks for stopping by;
