I want to own a PTC - Some questions

I have been in PTC market for last three years and now I understand that owning a PTC website may be very easy if you dont want to make one of the PTC empires I have got a few PTC scripts from somewhere ( the same scrips were available for sale too for nearly $10 to $50) these scripts have installation instructions too but the problem is that I cant follow those instructions also I want a good reliable fast free web host. whay will you recommend will anyone help me
