What kind of news you read at first in newspaper?

I useally will read the local news first then I will go to the police log of what arrests were made to see if I reconize anyone. Last but not least I will look at the community to see what events are going on in and around the area. I will read my horoscope as well but that is about it as far as reading the paper goes.

Hi mrdmaksud. I usually read the funnies first. LOL. Unless my husband gets that first, then I read the local news. Then after that, I read the world news and sometimes the sports. Depending on if our home team played or not. I look through the paper and look at the headlines to see what sounds interesting.

I usually just read the newspaper from front to back if I have the time. If I don't have the time, but happen to have a newspaper (sometimes companies sponsor newspapers and get them delivered free to our mailbox), I'll just skim through the titles and if there's anything interesting, I'll skim through the article. Basically I read how I normally would, but faster.

Hi Mrdmaksud, first I read the headlines on the front page...then, because I live in a high crime area I go directly to the Police Blotter!! I can always tell how many of my neighbors were arrested and for what! I then proceed to the classifieds...I do have two jobs but because of the current situation I am looking into a third job! No, no, I'm not in competition with my oldest who has 5 jobs :-) Don't know how she does it, bless her, when I tell her she is going to burn herself out she responds, "Mom, I'm only 33...I can do this" and the most wonderful thing about her is that she gives me most of her paychecks for the bills in our home!! Yes, yes, I know, I am blessed!! ~G~ **NOTE: The only section of the paper that I don't look at is the Sports pages...not interested!!

sports page is the first part of the newspaper i wanted to read first. i'm a sport addict.

i read the first headlines then read the details of a news that I find it interesting.

I go directly to the sports section, then back to the front of the paper.

The first thing i do is read the headlines and then follow the stories into the other pages.i just usually start on page one and browse through it.
