I am looking for builbing regulations for building open plan stairs
The sort of thing i am looking for is height of each step allowed, width, how high before platform area is needed, how high dose hand rail need to be ect

I believe standerd in commercial is 7" high riser maximum, 11" tread minimum, backs of stair must be closed and hand rail should be between 34" and 38"
