Would you refuse to serve a pregnant woman?

There are a lot of laws that bartenders are held accountable for, although they aren't always informed of what they are! I have always refused to serve visibly pregnant women when I'm bartending, and I've never thought twice about it. But recently I found out that it is illegal to refuse service to a pregnant woman (in my state anyway).
What would you do? Risk your job, or endanger the baby?
I guess this discussion kind of assumes that drinking while pregnant is dangerous, so if you don't agree with that, let me know!

I have to agree with emarie. By law, one cannot refuse service, but one can put up a sign that says they reserve the right to refuse service to......fill in the blank.
Even if there was not a managerial sign stating so, I would rather lose my job than to know that I might have contributed to harming an unborn child.

I think that the pregnant woman law supercedes the "right to refuse service", because I remember asking my manager about that. It's apparently discrimination. But when she told me that, I was very clear in telling her that no pregnant women would be drinking on my watch, and she didn't argue. I don't think she would have fired me, and she knew where I stood.
Thanks for the response!
