Well i'm trying to set up a dog walking buissness but it doesn't seem to be working. I have handed out over 100 leaflets but no one has replied, i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas that could jump start the buissness. Thanks :)

I would have thought the market for that kind of thing would have been pretty small given that most people who own a dog enjoy taking it for walks as that is part of the draw to owning a dog over, say, a cat, which looks after itself.
Perhaps you could market it in such a way as to be providing a service on Sunday mornings when some owners might want to sleep in after a long week at work, or when people are too busy working in the evenings to walk the dog themselves. I'm not sure how that angle would work out in the real world though...
People in general like free things, so perhaps do the service for a few people for free to get appraisals. That way you can use those as part of a marketing drive to bring in customers, you'll be able to say you already have some happy customers and have quotes ready to show from them about how good your service is. Word of mouth is the best way to spread the word.
You could also look for any local show dog events and sponsor a dog to enter to get some kind of exposure in the right locations.

You want to hand them out in pet stores (animal friendly places), also in neighborhoods where people with alot of money live. More money = longer hours at work= less time for pets. Also places where people do not have yards for their animals to run free like apartments.
