which is better?? PES 2009 or FIFA 2009

i would say PES is alot better for managing team and stuff, though FIFA is alot better for actual gameplay

If you want to feel like your playing something special then PES 2009 is what you want! But if you want to feel the manager side of the game and controling the backroom and well as the acutal game play FIFA 09 , I have both and they both very good games
