No Internet for a week! How much would it affect u?

I have had to manage when we moved and had to wait for it to be transfered... but it killed me .. I run my business online and off line and if i cant get email, ect it kills me cause i am failing on customer service and cant check email...

It wont make so much different to me...

Well......that wouldn't be to effected me as I can always have other things to do beside just internet. It is important to me but not to the level that going to effect me if just for a week time.

I would have to actually go out to the bank for account balances and pay bills and with 4 children it's nice to just sit down at the computer in the morning and get the job done. School projects...internet came in handy this week for my son. It would definitely make life quite a bit harder. Good job I am just imagining right now!

That would be a major problem for me since i use my connection to work. :)

i did that 2 weeks ago.. i had no net for a weekkkkk and it drove me insane after 4 days.. i wen tonet caffe i just couldnt wait any longer.. i went 2 hours and i was: OH COME ONN ITS ONLY BEEN 2 HOURS lol.. (in my head but i had to go home..) so yeah it happened im still alive!

OMG no internet for a whole week?I would go absolutely crazy! How would I talk to my friends?I have no life....the internet is my life lmao.

When I am at work and the e-mail servers go down it is pandemonium. Same if we have a power outage, because the generators don't run all of the computers in every department. Very difficult for me to do my job without the internet, because I would have to say 90 percent of the communications necessary for my job come through e-mail, in addition to a web-based program that allows my department to know what's going on in three other departments. So the simple answer is nope...couldn't live without it. I might have to resort to actually talking to people in person or on the phone, and using a typewriter. lol

Oh my that is a scary thought, I would go into withdrawels. Probably get the shakes.

I know that it is a really non-essential thing, there are people all over the world that can't afford to eat and we would go craxy without the internet! I know it is petty but I would feel lost and I feel so guilty even saying that. However in my case if I lost the internet for a week I would loose a lot of business and it would affect my monthly revenue

It depends on whats going on at the time. If I am on vacation..it would bother me a little bit. But I could get through it. I just went on vacation for 2 weeks..no internet..but I was having such a good time that I was okay with it. Now if I was at home with no internet..I would have a big problem with that lol.

i wouldn't be able to survive without any internet. first off, it would affect my job since i partially work online during the day. secondly, i own two online companies in my spare time. thirdly, i'm on the internet for fun half of the time anyways. i wouldn't be able to handle it at all!

If there was no internet for a week i would definitely die.i cant live without the net even for a day.
