How to deal with Monday syndromes?

I had 6 classes yesterday and it's Monday. I was tired but still awake. But some of my students fell asleep right in my class. When asked why, they gave me two words: Monday syndrome. They knew they have problems adjusting from weekend to weekdays and yet they just couldn't make Monday a less sleep day. What am I to do with them? What would you say to those sleepy guys if you were I, the helpless teacher.
