Yo, I don't use the term brat on them children... I use the word MINORS!!! Even worser than brats because of the fact of them knowing that it would take them a hell of a long time getting to my age in their perspective. Bwuhahahaha!
And it is true, especially for those lame minors on youtube who think they're all that faking their age. They just don't have a life and try to put others down just so they can make themselves feel better about themselves. But in reality. The older one is more wiser (in some cases), and kids are just kids. But some are getting worser every year... Hahahaha fangled minors!!! They make me feel old. XD

I don't but then I'm in a guild which is over 18 and I've got a warning on my look up that I'm adult, so if kids have a problem with that, they know not to request me as a friend.
Just keep away from the boards then as I assume that is where the insults are coming from. I play neopets for fun not to make friends as I have enough already and mylot is a much better place to discuss things.

Exactly. My advice to any adult that is still in that site is if you are going to be in a guild, make it one of the adult guilds. They are more mature and that means less stress. I had a lot of friends when I started there but after leaving for a year and coming back, I cleared the list off. My account is considered something I do when there is nothing else to do and before I go and argue with a bunch of people who still have homework to do I just won't even be there...

Wow...I've been on that site for about 7 years and I was always considered one of the older ones there. I never heard anybody have an issue like this one there..What happened exactly? You know that some children and younger people get on the internet and feel like they can say whatever they want. You shouldn't let that get to you..

There is a way to block mail from different accounts. If someone is harassing you at the site or belittling you then you have to report them in order for TNT to do anything about it. Neopets is a free site so of course there are going to be people there that aren't all that friendly. I have to assume you had this happen on the message boards, if that's the case then stay off them or report them with the links that are on every post made there.

I've been a member of Neopets around 8 years and while I have had the occasional issue with rudeness, it is a rarity. It's easy to ignore or block other members.
It's also good to remember that it is a kid's site, even if the majority of members are "big kids"...lol.
