Pranayamam is a fine way to stay fit
"Breathe, just take a deep breath" It massages the abdominal organs, improves blood circulation and strengthens the lungs. Appaerently slow, deep, rythamatic breathing causes a relax stimulation of the nervous system, whcich results in a reduction in the heart rate and relaxes the muscles. These two factors cause a reflex relaxation of the mind. It is really really good...... Practice it surely you will get the benefit.........

yes; pranayamam improves our blood circulation. yoga is a good exercise for our body. by doing yoga we are free from most of the disease. Allergical diseases, cough, back pain etc can be away from us by doing yoga. By doing yoga regularly we look so yonger. happy mylotting and happy earnings.
