Do you like excercise? Seated Leg Tucks tone up your abdominal muscles.
Method
Sit Crosswise on a bench.
Hold on the sides for support.
Raise your legs slightly, bend your knees and lean backwards(about 45 degrees)
This is the starting position.
crunch your upperbody towards your pelvis, rounding your back. Simultaneously bring your knees towards your head.
Go back to the starting position.
Try it............ OK
