Barack Obama and Andy Martin Controversy In Hawaii

Tonight I just found out that a man named Andy Martin has filed an emergency writ to the Supreme Court of Hawaii to open Barack Obama's "secret" birth files. Martin also alleges that Obama is unfit to be President because of his long-time ties to a terrorist network. Martin doesn't mention the Ayers-Dohrn "connection" directly. He was on Sean Hannity earlier in the month making his case against Obama. Is this a swift boating or do you think there might be something to it?
