Right now I feel very much worried about my daughter who is five months pregnant now.She text me this afternoon and said she's afraid she is complaining of stomach pain for two weeks now in spite of being in bed rest and medication.I told her to calm down and pray not telling her I am very much worried.I even advised her to talk to her baby to be strong and to hold on till Feb 2009.I would like to make an appeal to all my lot friends or to those who will read todays discussion to have a prayer brigade for my daughter Elisa and her baby in her tummy.I believe in the power of prayers,it has worked for me for so many times .I know God will listen to my prayer once again. Can you share have you been worried like me now ?

I think that it's so wondeful that you are worried about your daughter. I'm expecting my first, and I really don't hear from my family too much. In the beginning of my pregnancy, I actually wanted people to be intersted becasue it's my first, and I was very nervous. My mom doesn't really call too much. When she does, she doesn't really say anything worthwhile. She likes to discuss problems, and I don't care to hear anyone's problems during my pregnancy. Or, when I call her, she is always very busy. As far as a support system from my family, I really haven't had one. My husband is really great though. And also we've just moved away from the friends I've known, so I don't really get to see them too much. I hope that your daughter feels better and that everything will be ok in her pregnancy.

Well maybe your mom is not a showy type of person, but I assure you she's worried too especially if it's your first and her first grandchild.Maybe it is natural feeling for us mothers. You will see in the near future what I mean to say.She discusses problems with you for you to gain wisdom from it.So that you will know what to do when you come across with a similar problem.Smile your mom loves you too. She's just giving you enough strength.

Hi Erssyl,
I saw you started this discussion before five months and I think your daughter must be given birth of a baby by now. I hope everything is alright with you with the prayers of your good friends. I understand your concern as a mother especially mothers are much worried when their daughters get pregnant and it shows your goodness too. She must be lucky to have you as mother. I remember when I went to my mother’s place for my first delivery before I reach there my mother had prepared everything including the maternity bag. I realized her concern and love towards me. I don’t have daughter, I have two sons and they are small too.
Best of luck to you and your family.
