massiveptc scam?

One of my friend said that massiveptc is a scam.Is it true? When i enquired,he said that there is no option of caashout. don't say it is fake because i had already earned some money.

I've got the same problem. I've been paid for the first time - I still have 14$ on ym AlertPay account. But now there is ~35$ which hasn't been paid for a month now.. Admin doesn't respond to e-mails, and the forum is blocked so nobody can post messages.. I don't know what the hell is going on with him, but i want my cash back. It's stealing and he effin' knows it.
