I accidentally made a US Paypal account when I am actually living in South Korea. Now I have $7 in my US, unverified Paypal account. I would like to move it to my new Korean Paypal account that I will make and soon verify with a visa checking (debit) card. Is there any way to transfer money from one Paypal account to another without verifying it?

u can easily send money between paypal accounts without verifying the accounts .. the only limitation is that u can send only $500 from an unverified paypal account..
u will have to link ur card to increase the sending limit.
since u have only $7 in ur unverified US account, there is no problem, just create a new korean paypal account and then transfer the money from that US account to this new account..
i was unverified for the first few months in paypal, and one day my sending limit of 500$ is over, and then i linked my card and after that my sending limit is unlimited

Thank you for letting me know, but there is a slight problem. My sending limit on my unverified US account is $0.00 and if I try to send money with it, it informs me that I must verify my account by adding a bank account or a credit card. I have a Korean Paypal account and will try verifying with my bank account soon. Do you know why my sending limit is not $500 and $0.00 and what I should do about it?

then there is no way of sending money without verifying.
the only way available is buying a Virtual credit card to verify ur account . But that cost u a minimum of 10 $ which is not worthy of the amt in ur account..
i dont thing you will be able to verify ur account for a amount less 10 $..

i have one more idea to get ur amount to ur new account..
u have to donate the money to some one and ask them to send the money to ur new paypal id. this is very easy. but there will be some fees involved in this transfer. but u definitely get $ 6.
Atleast there is some way to get the money in ur new account
