This seems like a great site. This isn't for just online ventures, but for any business that has done you wrong. I especially like that they don't take any of the reports off the site, even when the matter has been satisfied. This way, even if they have appeased some of the customers, you can see if they have a pattern in a certain area. I will be bookmarking this site as soon as I get home, so I can keep an eye on certain businesses, both on and offline. Thanks for the information!
