I am an extremist type. Sometimes i become introverted while at other times, i am so extroverted. Although I have a lot of friends, I have longed to acquire a very special friend, a best friend that is. I have one right now, but i think i need someone better as a friend for me.

I can be your friend. I am not the aloof type, but if ever I reach out and you still ignore me that will kind of be a bit uncomfortable for me.

I dont want to offend you but lets see if i will be comfortable with you. If somebody approaches me, i always respond. But for me to start a conversation, i seldom do that. I feel horrible when talking about gossips and chitchat.

Oh well, I do not have to force you to be comfortable with me. Anyways, I wish someday you will be.

You are so welcome to be my friend. I am not a choosy friend and I don't judge people. Who are we to judge others when we are not perfect ourselves. I am like you in a way. I am also a loner and I rarely mingle with people. I don't go out much as well. I just go to work, go home and go to work again.

Many of my friends are considered loners and introverts, so yes, I do befriend people like you. Usually I find people classified like this (unfairly) are above average intelligence, deep thinkers, compassionate and excellent conversationalists. Some are that way because they are shy, others because they are busy working out issues in their minds and it just doesn't occur to them to stop and chat. When they do, their conversations are clear, to the point and well thought out.
